- Confirm start date and arrival window with the customer (text the day before)
- Materials delivered and checked against the order
- Permit posted if required
- Photos of the work area and any existing damage
- Protect landscaping, driveway and interior
- Safety gear, ladders and fall protection checked
- Utilities located (call 811 before digging)
During the job
- Daily progress photos
- Customer updated at the end of each day
- Change orders written and signed before extra work
- Site cleaned up at the end of each day
- Hidden problems (rot, wiring, leaks) photographed and discussed
Final walkthrough
- Walk the job with the customer
- Punch-list items fixed or scheduled
- Magnetic sweep / final cleanup
- Warranty and care information handed over
- Final invoice reviewed
- Before-and-after photos taken
- Ask for a Google review and leave the review card
