Monthly
- Check and replace the air filter as needed
- Keep 2 feet clear around the outdoor unit
- Check that the condensate line is draining
Spring (AC)
- Rinse the outdoor coil gently with a hose
- Test the thermostat in cool mode
- Book a pro tune-up: refrigerant check, electrical, coil cleaning
Fall (Furnace)
- Test carbon monoxide detectors
- Book a pro tune-up: burners, heat exchanger, flue
